He is the Managing Director/CEO of Intercontinental Finance and Investment Limited, an astute banker of over 18 years experience. He earned his first degree in Business Education with specialization in Marketing from Ahmadu Bello University in 1987 as the best graduating student of the department in that year. He also holds a Masters of Banking and Finance from Bayero University in year 2000. He started his banking career with EKO International Bank in 1988 and then moved to Equity Bank (now Intercontinental Bank Plc) in 1996. He won several awards in the defunct Equity Bank Nigeria Limited and was actually adjudged the best Branch Manager for the year 2001. He is a member of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (CPIN). He has attended several courses both locally and abroad.

He is the Divisional Head, Credit/Project. A Business Administration graduate and an MBA holder in Finance, Mr. Ewedairo is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He began his banking career with First Bank of Nigeria Plc then moved to Societe Generale Bank Nigeria Limited before joining Intercontinental Capital Markets Limited in 2004 as the Head, Project Monitoring Group and was later redeployed as Head, Venture Capital Group before he was transferred to Intercontinental Finance and Investment Limited in June 2006. His banking career spanning over fifteen (15) years has given him a wealth of experience in banking and capital market operations.
